The forum board initiated a tracking committee seeking to implement the forum’s regional recommendations properly nearby the Arab governments. Moreover, and in order to be well prepared for the next round edition of this forum, a preparatory meeting shall be held at least eight months prior the foreseen opening date.

STRUCTURE

 

The FORUM program is divided into four main axis tracks, including panel sessions, panel discussions and technical roundtables.

The FORUM groups speakers from the Arab World, including Levant, North Africa and GCC countries, Europe and the USA; working with both the public and the private sectors.

The Forum speakers are prominent practitioners and experts who include; Ministers, Governors, Public and Private Decision-Makers, Members of Parliaments, Senior Public Officers, Judges, Counselors, Arbitrators, Telecommunication Leaders, Investors, Bankers, ICT professionals and Lawyers. Moreover, international and regional organizations will be involved to share their expertise in this field and discuss the latest developments pinpointing the impediments of implementing the CyberLaw and Legislations framework, the CyberSecurity issues and the investments regulations and facilitations.

 

TECHNICAL GROUP SESSIONS | in course of which will tackle the Forum’s objectives, having four technical roundtables to extract the main issues facing each main tackled tracks followed by one panel discussion group leading to the closing technical session to prepare the recommendations draft, highlighting the methods and means to be adopted within the Arab countries for reaching a Secured eStates. Consequently, to develop the appropriate process for protecting the eIntellectual property rights, properties and investments.

 

SESSIONS STRUCTURE | a focused and directive structure will be managed in order to keep track and extract valuable knowledge from the speakers in a short timeframe reaching a state-of-the-art sessions | Keynote Speaker [Chairperson] who should introduce the session’s  tackled topic and sets time of the given subject, then Regional Panelists [Speakers] providing insights about the regional current situation then International Panelists [Speakers] providing with leverage practical international expertise and solutions for the region development process, then [Moderator] to run an interactive time for Qs|&|As with the audience having the direct objective for sorting out the tracks’ right recommendations
